Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for onepage.bio. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is a single $99 USD payment — nothing renews. If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Subscriptions bought before September 18, 2026

We no longer sell monthly or annual plans. If you still have one, you can cancel it any time under Account → Manage subscription; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We refund any charge you ask about within 14 days of that charge.

Something went wrong?

If the product didn't work the way the page said it would — PDF export failed, AI features didn't run, you got double-charged — email us and we'll make it right. We default to refunding rather than arguing.

How to request a refund

Email hi@onepage.bio from the address on your account. Include the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method: we issue it within 15 days of your request, and your card issuer usually shows it within 5–10 business days after that.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please email us first — chargebacks take weeks, cost us a fee, and a refund is almost always faster.
