Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the onepage.bio website and services ("Service"). The Service is operated by 1232216 B.C. Ltd., 101-1388 Continental St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 0C9, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

onepage.bio provides a web-based resume builder with AI-assisted bullet rewriting, ATS keyword matching, template selection, and PDF export. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of every resume, cover letter, or other document you create. We do not claim any rights to your content. We store your content so we can show it back to you and so that you can share it with others via public resume links. When you enable a public resume link, that content is visible to anyone who has the URL. Public resume pages ask search engines not to list them. Only submit content you have the right to use; you give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

4. AI features

The AI rewriter and resume parser send the relevant text of your resume to a third-party language model provider (Google Gemini) to generate rewrites or structured output. We do not intentionally store prompts beyond what is needed to deliver the response. We do not use your content to train models. Rate limits apply per user per day to keep costs bounded. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: review it before you use it. You are responsible for what goes on your resume, so keep only what is true about you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service, (b) submit content that is unlawful or violates anyone's rights, (c) use the Service to generate content that impersonates real people without consent, (d) attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI features, (e) use the Service for any automated application-submission system that violates a target site's terms, or (f) publish spam, advertising, or pages whose main purpose is to promote other websites, products or services or to influence search rankings.

6. Payments

Pro is a one-time purchase of $99 USD, processed by Stripe. You pay once; nothing renews and we will not charge you again for Pro. Pro stays active for as long as we operate onepage.bio. If we shut the Service down, we will give you at least 12 months' notice by email and a full export of your data. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see the Refund Policy. If you subscribed to a monthly or annual plan before September 18, 2026, it continues on its original terms until you cancel it under Account → Manage subscription; cancelling stops all future charges.

7. Removing content and ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings or by emailing us. We may remove or unpublish any content or public page, and suspend or terminate the account behind it, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law, is spam, was created by automated means, or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why. We delete unused and inactive accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that your resume will get you a job interview, and we do not guarantee that any specific ATS system will parse the generated PDF correctly in every case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Copyright and DMCA

onepage.bio is operated by 1232216 B.C. Ltd. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of someone authorised to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; (3) identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is on the Service, such as its URL; (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.

11. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects you, we will email you or show a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
